As a licensed Engineer that has worked in industry for 40 years, he has seen the changes in industry that have caused the justifications for an exemption
to licensure to be no longer valid.

Having industrial experience and having been an Adjunct Professor teaching Engineering courses at Texas A&M Corpus Christi and at Texas A&M Kingsville, he is familiar with what is not taught in our Universities that are needed for success in science and engineering.
